Those of you that have followed my work know that for the
past ten years my practice has comprised of painting the seasons here on the Niagara Escarpment. This was painted the first week of January, 2008.
The painting above was rendered in January, 2009.
I woke up to snow this morning......

ReplyDeleteI clicked on your name and see that your magazine, Escarpent View, has featured the Niagara Greenbelt Website.
I belong to a collective of artists investigating the Greenbelt legislation and it's impact on agricultural land here on the Escarpment. We have been working on it for the past year and are now ready ( almost) for public exhibition venues. We are hoping to broaden our research to include all of the Greenbelt region and present it as a travelling exhibition:-)
