This morning my Sister lost her beloved cat due to illness..any of us who have experienced this know the heartbreak. It got me to thinking about my dogs –past and present- and how they have grounded me. In reflection there are many paintings—some representative of the subject, but in the case of  my nonconformist dog who went way too young, there are paintings of place—

  1. Beautiful sentiments and paintings! I loved your 'remains of the day' from your last post it was so vital and free in spirit.

  2. Thanks Caroline--have been working on some large paintings in the studio that seem to take forever--yet I deliberately do NOT want to rush them.. So these wee paintings are quite fun and give me a break!

  3. Mmmm ... December, Missing Guinn is positively a respite for the soul. Somehow, it so encompasses so many feelings .. at least from this teeny glimpse.
I so, so understand why it is 'enhancing someone's life'!
